FAQ 17: Why is my old profile information showing on my Pitt account when I updated it on HSConnect?
Your account might be displaying information stored in the Payroll records. You cannot edit this information directly and need to contact the Payroll Department to make the necessary changes. Once the Payroll Department corrects the information, HSConnect will automatically display the updated information within 48 hours.
