Your password will change only if you have changed it manually as discussed in Question 13 or had someone do so on your behalf. If your password has changed without your intervention, it is possible that somebody else has compromised your account without your knowledge. This is a serious issue.

If possible, change your account username and password immediately. Also, immediately submit a help request online at http://support.health.pitt.edu/cs/?a=HSConnect. Make sure you provide valid contact information so that the help desk can contact you if required. Alternatively, you can call us during business hours at (412) 648-2222.
