FAQ 13: Why did I receive an error when trying to change my password?
You will receive an error if you did not provide your old password or did not provide it correctly. Also, passwords need to be at least 4 characters long. If you have selected a password that is shorter than the minimum limit you will get an error and HSConnect will not change your password.
Remember that it is good practice to change your passwords regularly. Also, alphanumeric passwords are better for security purposes. Finally, the password field is case-sensitive, and you must enter it in the same format as when you selected it.
