FAQ 6: How can I get rid of the old accounts and use my latest email address?
If you know you have more than one HSConnect account, please submit an
online help request
. Make sure you provide valid contact information so that the help desk can contact you if required. You will be answered within one business day. Alternatively, you can call us during business hours at (412) 648‑2222.
The support group will help combine account information into one single account. Once that process is complete, you can log into the application and edit your email (username), password or any other editable part of your profile.
