FAQ 3: How do I know if I already have an HSConnect account?
If you think you might already have an HSConnect account but cannot remember the details, please submit an
online help ticket
. Make sure you provide valid contact information so that help desk can contact you if required.
You will be answered within one business day
. Alternatively, you can call us during business hours at (412) 648-2222.
Remember that your account could be one that was created some time ago and therefore may use an older email address for your username. Please update your account information to keep it current and to ensure you receive any email communications from the system.
